A cancellation fee of one night’s accommodation will be charged to your credit card (supplied at time of making booking) if you do not cancel your booking within 24 hours of your arranged arrival.
A fee of one night’s accommodation will also be charged if you fail to arrive. In this instance it is treated as a ‘no show’ fee.
The hotel accepts no responsibility to amend your booking due to transport delays/closures/cancellations. i.e. airport, ferry, or road closures due to bad weather. The onus is on you to contact us to avoid the above penalty fees.
On check in, we require sighting of a valid credit card. For cash payments, EFTPOS or debit card we require payment for your accommodation in at check-in, plus a refundable bond: $100 per Comfort Hotel room, $200 per Quality Hotel room.
We recognise your right to privacy and are fully committed to protecting it. All information, including your personal details, will be private and confidential and we will not disclose this information to other individuals or organisations without your consent, unless required by law.

We operate a secure data network. The online booking process is secured using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. This is to prevent anyone from intercepting your credit card details during transmission via the Internet. Your credit card details will never be sent in an email or transmitted by any means other than SSL.
Non-credit card information will be sent to us via email.
You may be asked to produce proof of your Identity in order to check-in. This is in the interests of safety and security of our hotel and guests.
