An access customer can be someone with a hearing or visual impairment, someone who uses a wheelchair, older people, a parent with a stroller, or someone with a learning disability. Our vision is to provide a good experience; to make it is easy as possible right from their planning until the end of their stay. We have been working with key people and organisations to get to know this market and to improve our disabled features where we can.
